Your privacy is important to us. It is Parsifer’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including via our website, any apps, and associated services.

Information we collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information.
“Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using our website and its associated services.
“Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your device in the course of accessing our software via the website, app, and sssociated services.
Media
When you upload data, text, images, and related digital assets to our service, you should avoid uploading context that is not your IP or original work over which you have legal ownership. Any and all data uploaded to the fingerprinting service is your responsibility for obtaining and maintaining rights and legal usage. Parsifer does not support pirated data, or illegally obtained content. You are responsible to know the law and obey the law concerning foremost copyrights and trademarks, and in the broader sense fair use of content.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you upload or process for example an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the digital ID of the article you just uploaded. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site, especially news related links, may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Third parties we currently use include: Google Analytics, GCP and related services; AI companies you choose to query with prompts through our fingerprinting and analytics workflow, and partner services for cybersecurity.
How long we retain your data
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have provided us with personal information as part of creating an account with us, we may retain this information for the duration your account exists on our system. If your personal information is no longer required for this purpose, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
What rights you have over your data

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our email database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the contact form on our website, or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity.
Where your data is sent
The personal information we collect is stored and/or processed in United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities.
